Railway station adoption provides the opportunity to promote using sustainable travel. It’s a good thing to raise greater awareness about public transport. Station Adoption is about the station, not the Network. Therefore, the activities at an adopted station should reflect the needs of the local community. These activities may enhance the health, well-being, environment, wildlife, and sustainable actions to reduce the impact of the climate crisis.
